with the doctor.

and Diabetes & Chest Clinics |

Run
by Sister Williams. We encourage all asthmatic patients to attend
reviews. Appointment necessary.

Clinic |
|
Run
by Sister Williams to improve diabetic health and decrease the
need for hospital clinic visits. Appointment necessary

| Cervical
Smears |
|
Appointment
necessary. At other times by arrangement We recommend that all
ladies have a smear test every three years.

| Repeat
Prescriptions |
| If
the doctor authorises repeat prescriptions, these will be available
from reception. Requests can be made by letter or by calling in
to reception. We cannot take requests for repeat prescriptions over
the telephone. Faxed requests should be clearly written - please
do not fax on coloured paper. We appreciate 24 hours notice for
repeats. |

nurse will see you as part of the registration process. |
