nurse also runs:
- Well
Woman Clinic
- Cervical
Smears. We recommend that all women between the ages of 25 and
64 have a smear ever three years.
- Family
Planning
- Family
Planning advice is available at the Well Woman Clinic and during
normal surgeries. However, we do not undertake fitting coils
or caps.
- Health
Checks
Newly
registered patients are given a health questionnaire to complete
are offered a routine health check. All patients over 16 are offered
three yearly check ups and al patients over 75 are offered an
examination in the surgery plus a home visit annually.
