All consultations in the practice are by appointment except on Saturday mornings which we reserve for acute problems only. On Saturdays we ask patients to come before 10.00am wherever possible. Appointments may be made at the appointments desk or by telephoning 644 8411 between 8.30am and 6.15pm. For administrative purposes, the office is closed between 12.30 and 1.30pm, but telephone access is maintained at all times as above. There are two types of appointment - ROUTINE or ACUTE:

Routine Appointments

These can be booked up to two weeks in advance with your usial doctor from Monday to Friday. If an appointment with your usual doctor is not available you may be offered an earlier appointment with one of the partners, or alternatively request an acute appointment.

Acute Appointments

These are available everyday EXCEPT SUNDAY for patients whose condition will not wait until the first available routine appointment. Sometimes an individual problem requires longer than the allotted appointment time and we may therefore run a little late. We ask for your patience in these circumstances.
