The aim of Macmillan is to be there from the moment of diagnosis to ensure that they get the best information and care.The Macmillan Clinical Nurse Specialist Women's Cancer at Clatterbridge Centre for Oncology is specially trained to support patients attending the centre for treatment and help them and their family cope with problems and anxieties that the diagnosis of breast or gynaecological cancer can cause. The nurse works in partnership with nurses, radiographers and other healthcare professionals. What can the nurse offer?
