The Clatterbridge Centre for Oncology is one of the largest radiotherapy departments in the country.

Our chemotherapy work activity is extensive and from January 2000 to December 2000 we gave 21,136 cycles of chemotherapy here at the centre and in satellite clinics, which are located at General Hospitals throughout the region.

The Douglas Cyclotron Unit
The Douglas Cyclotron Unit is a separate clinical facility within the CCO Trust and is the only proton therapy facility of its kind in the United Kingdom.

Cancer Rehabilitation Support Team
The core purpose of CCO's team is to deliver a quality service to patients with cancer through the provision of specialist expertise and interventions

Diagnostic Imaging at Clatterbridge Centre for Oncology
CCO has its own well-equipped imaging department, which comprises: x-ray, ultrasound, computed tomography (CT), nuclear medicine and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

The Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Centre
The centre provides information, advise and support to people with cancer and their families.
