Role of the Staff Forum
- Work in partnership with Managers, Trade Unions and Staff;
- Enable staff to contribute and participate in the development of the Directorates plans and objectives;
- Assist in the implementation and review of the Human Resource Strategy;
- Assist in the evaluation of the Directorates/Trust’s readiness to achieve Practice Plus and Model Employer level;
- To explore the scope for increasing job satisfaction through empowerment and greater involvement of all staff in decision making and the planning of service;
- Communicate information to and from staff
