Policy Statement
The Trust is committed to being an organisation within which diversity
is valued and appreciated. Which recognises that everyone is different, valuing the unique
contribution that individual experience, knowledge and skills can make in delivering service
goals and that this is visible at all levels of the organisation. The Trust is committed to
continuous development of services, which are open, equally accessible and meet the needs of
all sections of the community served.
The Trust’s priority is to continue to develop and change it’s organisational
culture by showing true commitment in providing appropriate training and information for all staff,
in order to raise awareness of diversity. The Trust will continue to work towards equality in all
service provision, recognising and meeting the needs of the diverse communities of the Wirral.
The Trust will continue to strive to provide an environment in which people want
to work and to be a model employer leading in good employment practice. The Trust is also committed
to enabling each member of staff to achieve their full potential in an environment characterised by
dignity and mutual respect.
