Wirral Hospital (NHS) Trust operates from 4 sites across the Wirral.
Two of these, Arrowe Park Hospital and Clatterbridge Hospital are
owned by the Trust and can be described as freehold developments
within the greenbelt land surrounding them. Some land at Arrowe
Park Hospital, used for car parking, is leased from the local authority.
The property at Victoria Central Hospital and St Catherine's Hospital
are used as part of a service level agreement with Cheshire & Wirral
Partnership Trust.
Some of the properties owned by the Trust are leased out to other
organisations, including for example the shops in the mall at Arrowe
Park, Barclays Bank and the Day Nurseries based on the two sites.
Basic site plans of Arrowe Park Hospital and Clatterbridge Hospital
are available, in hard copy only, from the Publication Scheme Co-ordinator*.

Trust is available from the Deputy Director of Estates Services*,
who is responsible to the Director of Facilities Management*, for
the management of our estates.
An 'Estates Strategy' was developed by the Trust in 2000 and the
information contained within it is updated on a regular basis.
