These organisations include local Primary Care Trusts, Metropolitan Borough of Wirral, academic partners, the private sector, social services, voluntary and charitable organisations and the Police.

The Trust has close working links with the private sector, including the local BUPA Murrayfield and Grosvenor Nuffield Hospitals, as part of an NHS Waiting List Initiative scheme.

The Trust has an active working relationship with the local Police to ensure that security for patients and staff is at a high level. Regular meetings take place between the Trust's Security Manager*, the Accident and Emergency Manager and the local Police. Police officers are in attendance in Accident and Emergency every Friday and Saturday night to provide extra security for patients and staff. For more information you can contact the Trust's Security Manager*. The Trust is part of an initiative known as the Wirral Health and Social Care Partnership. The partnership is made up of representatives from a number of organisations, namely, social services, the voluntary sector, user and carer groups, the Local Authority and all NHS organisations on Wirral.
