- Shiatsu
-Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese healing art. It is
a deeply relaxing experience and regular sessions help
to prevent stress building up. Each session lasts for
about one hour. The session takes place on a padded mat
at floor level and you remain fully clothed.
- Auricular
Acupuncture -this can be used to help reduce cravings
for drugs and alcohol. It promotes deep relaxation and
helps to promote better sleep. Acupuncture is an ancient
Chinese form of healing. Five small needles are placed
in both ears and left in place for about one hour.
