You can therefore expect that: |

- We do not share information that you give
us with anyone outside the agency without your permission.*
Occasionally the service is required to give information
to outside agencies, i.e. Probation, who may require information
for court reports. However, we will always attempt to
discuss this with you first.
- Information kept about you will only be used as necessary
to provide you with a good service.
- Your records and case notes will be stored safely on
site and you have theright to apply to see them.
- Your GP will always be informed of your prescription.

with Child Protection Legislation, which gives the safety
of children priority
over all other issues. If Social Services or the local
police require information regarding a child protection
issue, we will give this information without your
consent. |
