INTRODUCTION FROM THE JOINT CHAIRS OF THE A4C STEERING GROUP

Agenda for Change is the biggest ever modernisation of pay and conditions seen by the NHS and its implementation is well underway at Wirral Hospital NHS Trust.

Both Management and Staff representatives will work together to implement this change and the first step towards partnership working was to establish a Steering Group.

The Steering Group will be driving this project and undertaking a considerable amount of work to ensure that the processes of change are applied properly and fairly.

We recognise that this is a significant period of change that affects every one of us. For that reason, we’re working hard to minimise uncertainty by keeping everyone informed and giving you every opportunity to raise concerns or questions with us.
